Piano Tuning
Premium Care Piano Tuning at Concert Pitch + Polish $200.
Pitch Raise
Pianos not tuned for a long time may be extremely flat. If piano’s pitch is around one quarter of a semi tone flat or more the piano is firstly brought back up to concert pitch. A Pitch Raise is then followed by a Premium Care Tuning session to ensure tuning stability ($250 total for both the Pitch Raise and Premium Care Tuning). Please note that much older pianos may not hold their tuning stability unless they are allowed to remain at their current pitch. Tuning to match the current level of pitch is usually the best option under these circumstances.
Piano Sourcing

Regulation
Making fine adjustments to the piano’s mechanics (action) to give the player more control over the piano (recommended once every five years).
Repairs/String Replacements
Broken upright piano strings; broken action parts; sticking keys; if the piano doesn’t feel or sound right. Basic repair work attracts an hourly fee and it may take up to 2 weeks to order parts or strings in from supplier.
